My name is Grace . I am 13 years old and I was a competitive gymnast for most of my life . I trained 25 hrs a week , all year long . It was intense, challenging and exciting and I loved competing more than anything. .  

I switched clubs temporarily over the summer last year and seriously injured my back. I tried everything to get better and nothing seemed to work. I missed out on my entire competitive season , couldn’t train with my team and felt hopeless. I missed out at school also. The pain was so bad at times, I couldn’t even tie my shoes. 

 I went for x rays and a bone scan and nothing came up. I saw Sports Med specialists ,  physiotherapists, massage therapists,  chiropractors, an osteopath and nothing seemed to help me fully recover . 

As a last resort we tried Four Your Health from a recommendation by a family friend. I never thought it would help me as much as it did.  The first assessment was more thorough than any Dr I ever saw in the past. Catherine didn’t just check my back, but my alignment and posture and put together a detailed program for me to follow because I was so out of whack! For weeks I worked with Catherine and Magda and things slowly began to improve.  I loved going there , I would go on my lunch hours at school and be greeted with smiles and protein balls.  They cared about my sleep, diet, and stress.  There was so much personal attention to my health, that I knew it was the best choice for me .  

The first day I couldn’t lie on my stomach without pillows under my hips. My body would shake if I tried to extend at all . Catherine and Magda made modifications for me and each time I went I could do a little bit more. Covid 19 changed things for me and Four Your Health, but I continued to train virtually and still keep up my program as much as possible.

Now, I can run , cartwheel, jump on my trampoline and feel like a kid again!

"Over the last 3 months, we have had the fortune of bringing Catherine into our 19 year old daughter’s life. Our daughter has lived with a mild to moderate degree of thoracolumbar scoliosis for at least 7 years, and up until now, the traditional healthcare approaches offered negligible benefit.
