scientific core conditioning
STOP doing crunches and sit-ups! Inspired by fitness guru Paul Chek, this class will teach you how to effectively train your core using exercises you'll never see at the gym or in your favourite exercise videos. If you want to decrease your waist circumference and tone your abdomen this class is exactly what you need. Learn to isolate and strengthen the deep stabilizer muscles of your lower abdomen (natural girdle), reducing your "pouch" and low back pain.
